Four things worth knowing before you place an order, and what we do about each one.
Your job goes on the press behind the counter, not into a queue.
Nothing sits waiting between departments. Approve a proof by 2pm and it ships within 48 hours. If a date is tight, ask us before you order and we will tell you straight whether it is possible.
We check your artwork before anything is printed, free on every order.
If a file is too low resolution or the wrong shape you hear from us first, not on the invoice afterwards. Redrawing from scratch is the only thing that costs extra, and we quote that before we start.
The total on screen is the total you pay.
Put your size and quantity in and the price is there, with delivery and tax shown before you pay. No artwork fee, no setup fee and no minimum order.
If it is wrong because of us, we remake it.
You do not pay twice and you do not post it back at your own cost. Send us a photo and we start the reprint the same day.
