You are dealing with us, start to finish
There is no sales team and no account manager. You ring, we answer, and the same person prices it, prints it and puts it in the van. That is slower to scale and a lot harder to get wrong.
- The person who quotes the job is the person who makes it
- Nothing is sent out to a trade printer, so the date is ours to keep
- Artwork is checked before anything is cut, and that costs nothing
- If it is wrong when it arrives, we remake it. No argument about it

Printed here rather than left for you to find out later. If something on the right applies to your job, you will know the cost before we start it.
Included on every order
- Artwork checked before it prints, on every order
- A proof to approve, so nothing prints until you say yes
- Hems and eyelets on every banner
- Cutting to your exact size, not the nearest standard one
- A named person to talk to, not a ticket number
Costs extra, and we will say so first
- Redrawing artwork from scratch, quoted before we start
- Next day delivery, at cost, shown before you pay
- Fitting on site, priced per job once we have seen it
Our undertaking to you
If it is not right when it arrives, we remake it. You do not pay twice and you do not send it back at your own cost.
That covers our mistakes and our machines. If you approved a proof with a typo in it we will still help, but we will have to charge for the material.
