The rate everything starts from

£9.40

per square metre of 610gsm PVC, welded seams and brass eyelets included, before delivery and tax.

Minimum charge £45 on anything cut to your sizes, because cutting, welding and eyeletting a small cover costs nearly what a big one does. Over 3m wide is a quote, that is where the welding bed runs out.

Sizes to doorstep

01

Measure and send

Width, drop and where the eyelets go. Put them into any product and the price appears.

02

We check the sizes

Free, on every order. If a measurement looks wrong for the job, we ring you before anything is cut.

03

Cut, welded, eyeletted

Welded rather than stitched, because a stitched seam is a row of holes and holes let water through.

04

On your doorstep

It leaves in three working days, and you get the date when you order rather than when we get to it.

What people said afterwards

Worth reading in full

Measured my tub wrong and they spotted it from the photo before cutting anything. The cover fits like it was moulded on.

Rachel D., Ely Hot tub cover, 2.1m square

Third winter on the same tarpaulin and the eyelets have not pulled once. The last one lasted a season.

Danny F., March PVC tarpaulin, 4m x 3m

First one came up short across the frame. Remade it in four days and would not take anything for it.

Marie O., Littleport Awning canopy, replacement

The workshop where the work is done

One workshop, one pair of hands

You are dealing with us, start to finish

There is no sales team and no account manager. You ring, we answer, and the same person prices it, welds it and puts it in the van. That is slower to scale and a lot harder to get wrong.

  • The person who quotes the job is the person who makes it
  • Nothing goes out to another workshop, so the date is ours to keep
  • Your sizes stay on file, so the second one is a phone call
  • We will say when a cheaper material will do the job

Before you ask

Questions we get every week

Do I need exact measurements to order?

Roughly is enough to start. Send what you have and we check the numbers by hand. If a measurement looks wrong for the job, or you have given us the frame rather than the cover, we ring you before anything is cut.

How long does a cover take?

Three working days on the bench, then one to two days on the courier. If you need it faster, ask us. Most weeks we can squeeze a job in.

Is the price on the site the price I pay?

Yes. The total you see includes the material, the hemming and the eyelets. Delivery is added at checkout and VAT is shown separately. Nothing appears later.

Can I get a better price on a bigger run?

The price per unit already drops as the quantity goes up, so try changing the quantity and watch the total. Past 10 units, ring us and we will put a trade price on it.

What if it turns up damaged?

Send us a photo the day it arrives and we remake it. No forms, no argument.
