Before you send anything
Measure it like this
Nobody is sent away for measuring badly. Every size is checked here before anything is cut, and if one looks wrong for the job we ring you about it.
Something flat
Width first, then the drop, edge to edge. Measure the cover you want rather than the frame it goes on, and say which way up the drop runs.
Something you go over
A tub, a trailer or a stack wants one run of the tape: up one side, across the top and down the other. That whole run is the width. The top on its own is not.
Something that is not a rectangle
Give the longest and the widest it gets, then send a photo with a tape lying in it. We take the shape off the photo and cut a template from it.
Rectangles you can price yourself on the product page. Anything else, send the sizes and it is worked out by hand.
What to send

You do not need exact measurements or a drawing. A phone photo and a rough size is enough to start.
- The size Width by height, in whatever units you think in. Rough is fine.
- How many One off, or a run. Tell us if you expect to reorder, it changes the price.
- Where it goes Outdoors all year, over a boat, on a trailer, up scaffolding. That decides the material.
- When you need it If there is a date, say so up front and we will tell you straight if it is tight.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. If we are on the welder we will miss the call, so leave a message and we will ring back the same day.

Do I need exact measurements to order?
Roughly is enough to start. Send what you have and we check the numbers by hand. If a measurement looks wrong for the job, or you have given us the frame rather than the cover, we ring you before anything is cut.
How long does a cover take?
Three working days on the bench, then one to two days on the courier. If you need it faster, ask us. Most weeks we can squeeze a job in.
Is the price on the site the price I pay?
Yes. The total you see includes the material, the hemming and the eyelets. Delivery is added at checkout and VAT is shown separately. Nothing appears later.
Can I get a better price on a bigger run?
The price per unit already drops as the quantity goes up, so try changing the quantity and watch the total. Past 25 units, ask for a trade price.
What if it turns up damaged?
Send us a photo the day it arrives and we remake it. No forms, no argument.
