What people say after collecting

Priced on the Monday, cut and collected on the Tuesday. Every piece labelled to match my own list, which saved me an hour working out what was what.

Sent a photo off my phone at nine at night and had a price back before I opened up.

They rang to say two of my sizes would not fit the sheet the way I had them, and offered to turn the grain instead. Nobody else has ever checked first.

Fourth order this year. Same price they quoted the first time, no creeping up and no minimum order nonsense.

One board arrived with a scuff. They remade it and had it back to me in two days without me having to argue about whose fault it was.

Forty acrylic panels cut in an afternoon while I got on in the workshop, and they left the film on both faces without me asking. The second half was promised Tuesday and did not turn up until Thursday. They did ring. I had already told my own customer Tuesday though.

They talked me out of the thicker board because the carcass would not have carried the weight. Cost them money and saved me some.

Rang on the Friday afternoon about shelving for a Monday refit, and the panels were cut and on the van first thing, about half an hour before the fitters got there.

Third year running for our show stand. First year I was ringing them every other day because I did not know them from anybody, and now I just send the dates over and it appears. Not much to report really, which I suppose is the point.

Needed one extra piece after I measured wrong. They cut it from an offcut off my own job and did not charge me for a whole sheet.
